How to buy a new phone for $399?

New phones that come with Android Pay, a payment system that works with both Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, have been on sale in the US for $299 or less for the past week.

Those that come pre-loaded with a Samsung Pay app or NFC reader will start at $299.

That price falls slightly to $249 for the new LG G5, and the new Motorola Moto G5 Plus, which comes pre-installed with Samsung Pay and Android Pay.

The new Motorola XOOM will go for $300, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus will start for $329 and the LG G6 starts at $339.

You can also get the Google Pixel 2 XL starting at $649.

The Android Pay apps are already available for purchase through Google Play, so the new phones can be bought on the Play Store for as little as $199.

Those interested in buying a phone with Android 4.4 KitKat or later can also buy it directly through Amazon or Best Buy for $349.

The Galaxy Note 8 is currently selling for $599.

The Moto X is currently on sale for $749.

The LG G4 and Moto X Pure Edition are available for $699, but those with a $599+ plan will be able to get them for as low as $399.

The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2XL are currently selling on Amazon for $849 and $929 respectively.
