For women, you should take 10 micrograms of vitamin C a day.
For men, a daily dose of 100 microgram vitamin D2 can help your skin become more active, especially in the morning and evening.
If your skin is too dry to absorb vitamin D, you can add 400 microgram of vitamin K2 or 1,000 microgram to your daily intake.
For women, a vitamin D supplement can help prevent sunburns and reduce your risk of developing them.
Vitamin D supplements can be made from plant-based ingredients, including vitamin C, magnesium, selenium and selenomethionine.
You should also keep your skin free of microorganisms and skin damage caused by the sun.
If there’s a problem with your vitamin D levels, the CDC recommends taking an oral vitamin D1 supplement.
